We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Business Analysis and System Design concepts, Data Warehouse, data mart, database architecture, ETL processes, and document preparation. They will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the domain experts and the technical team, ensuring the successful delivery of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with domain experts to understand and gather requirements.
• Prepare and manage various documents, including Scope Document, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Act as an interface between the domain and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Utilize tools such as MS Visio, UML Modeling, and MS Office for documentation and diagram preparation.
• Develop data modeling diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and other necessary technical documentation.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.
• Participate in the design and architecture discussions related to Data Warehousing and ETL processes.
• Provide hands-on support and training on tools like Tableau and Power BI, specifically for data analytics projects.

Required Experience:

• At least 8 years of related experience in Business Analysis, System Design, and document preparation.
• Proven experience in creating SRS, FRD, RTM, Change Request documents, FRS, BRD, and DFD.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Visio, Wireframe tools, and MS Office.
• Expertise in Tableau and Power BI for data analytics-related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, or related fields.
• MBA, B.Tech, BE, MCA, M.Tech, ME, or PhD in relevant disciplines will be preferred.
• Professional certifications such as IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), or IQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA) are highly desirable.

Certification Requirements (Any Two):

• IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)
• IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
• IQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA)
